As a distance runner, movement is important to me. When I noticed that my lack of movement range was not only hindering my ability to run but also causing me pain in day- to-day activities, I knew something had to be done. Wiser Fitness helped me get my body back on track and equipped me with the tools for a lifetime of pain free movement.

8/1/09: Wiser Fitness Merges W/ CrossFitWC
Wiser Fitness and CrossFit West Chester have merged into a 1200 sq ft space in the heart of West Chester. This new space gives Wiser Fitness clients the opportunity to come on location when needed. We have new kettlebells, dumbbells, bumper plates, pull-up bars, and plyo-boxes to help make each training experience simply the best. Wiser Fitness will share the space with CrossFit West Chester group classes through out the week.
